Our Flow class uses the breath to move from one pose to the next. We will work on strength, flexibility, and balance. These classes are for all yoga levels. We offer modifications and encourage you to listen to your body and do what feels right for you and your practice. We strive to hold a safe space for you to explore your breath and movement.
We also work to build community at Harmony Pathways, which is why we offer tea and fruit after class for those who wish to stay a bit longer. We hope to see you in class!
